Terms & Imprint

GENERAL

In winter bookings are usually accepted for a minimum stay of 7 days from Saturday to Saturday.

Reservations for longer or shorter stays can be accepted depending on availability. In cases of limited availability, we reserve the right to refuse these bookings.

In summer there are not definite days of arrival/departure. Where possible, we will endeavor to fulfill your requests. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee apartment numbers and for technical reasons, the management reserves the right to change apartments even after receipt of deposit or booking confirmation. The confirmed category will remain unchanged.

Telephone enquiries are not binding and require written confirmation. Additional agreements of any nature are only contractually binding if confirmed by us in writing.

 

BOOKING

Bookings can be made in person at the reception, in writing, by email or by phone. After booking, a written confirmation will be sent together with a deposit charge. The booking is only valid after receipt of deposit. Bookings can only be made by and only accepted for guests who will occupy the accommodation for the reserved period. Only the registered persons are entitled to use the apartments as well as our amenities. Pets are only allowed upon request and in our ground floor apartments exclusively.

 

DEPOSIT

The amount of deposit is 50 % of the total overnight price and will be communicated at the time of booking. Payment of the deposit can take the form of a charge-free bank transfer or in cash (€), and must be made within 14 days of receiving written confirmation. Receipt of the deposit will be confirmed by us by e-mail. Upon receipt of the deposit the booking is binding for both parties. The entire deposit sum will be deducted from the final bill.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

The booked arrival and departure dates are binding for both parties. The reserved apartment is available from 15.00 h. Arrival may be earlier subject to availability and if agreed in advance with the reception. If for any reason arrival will be later than 20.00 h, you are obliged to contact us. If no notification is made, the accommodation will be kept only until 12:00 noon the following day and then resold.
 

The accommodation must be paid till 19.00 h on the day before departure at the latest. Check-out on day of departure until 10.00 h at the latest.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in arrival or early departure (e.g. due to bad weather etc.). Fees still apply and will be charged for unused days. Likewise rented accommodation that are vacated prematurely may be resold.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Bookings can be canceled at any time. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing, preferably by e-mail to w.voglstaetter@aon.at The date of cancellation receipt is decisive.

 

Temporary change of cancellation fees until May 31st 2021
You can change your reservation up to 7 days before arrival and we credit 100% of your deposit for a later stay. In case of a cancellation up to 7 days before arrival we will pay back the deposit less a service charge of €20

This special cancellation policy would also apply during the period of an official travel restiction from your government for Salzburg

Cancellation fees from June 1st 2021 without travel restriction from your government for Salzburg

- 2 months prior to arrival  € 20,00 administration fee 
- 1 month prior to arrival  40% of the booking price 
- 1 week prior to arrival  70% of the booking price 
- For cancellations within the last week prior to arrival, the charge will be 90% of the booking price.

In case of another lockdown or closing of the borders you could change your reservation at any time. In case of change of your reservation we would credit 100% of your deposit for a later stay. In case of a canellation until the day of your arrival we would pay back the deposit less a service charge of €20. 


District Court Saalfelden. Austrian law applies.
