“Almenwelt Lofer” has a lot to offer, including 46 km of enjoyable pistes at reasonable prices, modern lifts, friendly huts and restaurants, ski schools, ski rentals and ski depots, along with a 4 km long alpine cross-country ski trail and nicely maintained hiking paths.
Because of its favorable geographic location on the northern slopes, Lofer is famous as a very snowy ski area. When Old Man Winter goes on strike, however, we also have our backs covered thanks to our high-performance snowmaking infrastructure. Modern piste-maintenance equipment guarantees excellently groomed slopes every day.

For our cross-country skiers, we have countless kilometers of ski trails that run through the fields, meadows and romantic forests between St. Martin, Lofer and Au – tracked for classic as well as “skating” technique.
